Yar Golf's 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back Program
Yar Golf "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy allows our Clients to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our Clients are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their putter to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, ancillary items, and handling charges.
Clients need to call before returning the Putter for an RMA # , to return the putter for a refund. In order to receive a RMA, Clients should simply call our Client Service Center using our main number (602) 388-1498. Once our Client Service Center issues an RMA # our Client must at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance mail back their Putter with the RMA # plainly marked on the outside of the packaging. Mail it back to our receiving center at ( Jovan Management Services, LLC. 2473 S. Higley Road Suite 104-129 Gilbert, AZ 85295). Clients should also include their name, address, RMA#, along with a copy of their original invoice and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. Clients are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return, although this is not required to receive a refund.
Yar Golf Clients must return all components that were originally shipped, and the Putter must be returned in new condition. Any items that were advertised as free gifts are exempt. Any damaged Putter will be ineligible for full refund, and will be prorated. Color Close Out, Discounted, Sale, Client Promotional, Discontinued, or Demonstrator Putters, are ineligible for our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back Program.
Yar Golf's Client Service Center will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then Yar Golf's Client Service Center will attempt to notify the Client of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.
Clients who have enrolled in our Assurance Policy Program are exempt from the returned as new condition, but at no time will Yar Golf except a completely unusable Putter for return under the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Money Back Program, See the Printable PDF for Details.
