Client: What Happens when I Hit the Submit Button?
Yar Golf: When you submit your Putter request, it is immediately added to our job assembly queue. This reserves you a delivery date in our Production schedule.

We are a Custom Putter Manufacturer, and understand that our Client needs are job one.

Usually within 6 hours, your ordered will be reviewed, you will then be contact directly by one of our Factory Trained Putter Fitting Consultatives.

Together you will verify all the submitted information. We will address any concerns, or inquires that you may have. Once you are satisfied, will we then initiate your GX1 Putter fabrication order.
Our main concern is making sure you are fitted properly and that you will be content with your GX1 Putter.
It is then and only then that our Billing Department becomes involved. We accept all major Credit Cards, and Bank Checks.

Client: How much time do you need to complete my GX1 Putter Order?
Yar Golf: Because we manufacture in the USA, and are totally geared to Custom Putters, our turnaround time on a Custom GX1 Putter is approximately 2 Factory days. We have over 1,000 GX1 Putters in Stock, so most GX1 Putters Ship the Next Day.

Client: Can I purchase a GX1 Putter and have my Local Golf Pro Shop bend the shaft to Fit me?
Yar Golf: Absolutely NOT!!! Never Ever...
Even At Yar Golf we cannot manipulate the Putter once all the Components are assembled. Our Putter was Engineered so it will Not Fit in any Putter Fitting machine. You will severely damage the GX1 Putter.
Our Craftmasters have special proprietary Equipment, to articulate our Custom Manufactured Shafts. Every item on the GX1 Putter is precision inspected before assembly, with strict ISO Compliant Specifications.

Client: So what happens if my GX1 Putter does not fit me perfectly when I receive it?
Yar Golf: Because of our Fitting protocols, this scenario seldom arises.
But if it does the solution is simple, call us immediately.
Together we will establish what the issue is. We will have you refit yourself utilizing the Yar GX1 Putter that you received. When you feel comfortable, that you have it right. Simply sent it back, we will re-configure your GX1 Putter
No Charge. Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed...

Client: How much additional lead time does a custom Name plate add to my order?
Yar Golf: On the average, 2 to 3 Days the most.

Client: Why Doesn't Yar Golf have a Page for me to enter my Credit Card Information?
Yar Golf: We are a Custom Putter Manufacturer. Our Factory Trained Fitting Consultatives main concern is making sure you are fitted properly and that you will be content with your GX1 Putter. It is then and only then that our Billing Department becomes involved.

Client: Can the $10.00 Golfsmith's Gift Card be used at my Local Golfsmith's Store or at their Web-Site?

Client: Does Yar Golf ever have Blemishes or slightly used Demonstrators?
Yar Golf: Yes, we have a section at our facility called Gerri's Attic. After your Fitting session, you can inquire, to see if the GX1 Putter that fits your Specifications is also available in our Attic assortment. __________________________________________________
Client: Is the Assurance Policy worth the Money?
Yar Golf: We believe so. Your GX1 Putter should last you a lifetime. The Assurance Policy not only includes a yearly Putter Tune-up at our Performance Center, with new grip, Face insert, and Putter Cleaning, not to mention the Loss Coverage, but if after 4 years your GX1 warrants replacement, just send it back for a Fresh Replacement. Talk about Service after a Sale.

Client: I love the Science and I like what I see, but I need to feel it... Now what?
Yar Golf: No Problem, how is this for confidence, if you are not close to us, or an Authorized Yar Putter Fitting Location, we will ship you up to Two GX1 Putters in different Lie Angles for a Road Test. Utilize them for an entire week, before you decide. You will only be billed for shipping.

Client: On my other Putters I had to throw them out if the Front face got nick, are you any different?
Yar Golf: Yes... The Front Ball contact area on our Putters are replaceable, and we provide one a year, at no cost if requested by our Client. (Plus a minimal S and H fee) __________________________________________________
Client: How Different does the Yar Putter feel and operate in a Putting Stroke?
Yar Golf: Ok... This subject is addressed on our Technical Web-Page, but here goes. When you lift an object that is when the Human body feels weight. When you swing any object no matter the mass you feel MOI. So our Putter feels like no other. In a word "Effortlessly".__________________________________________________
Client: Will I have to return to the Web Page to enter my Credit Card information?
Yar Golf: No... Information Security is a major concern, hence currently we verbally Verify all Credit Card information, and this insures that no one can use your numbers for ill gain. When Banks and Financial Institutions Servers become compromised "hacked" your personal records are Stolen. Yar Golf IT Specialists are currently working on a system that we believe will benefit our Clients.
